​The following is included with the purchase of your online or in-person sessions: 

  • Initial assessment and a full session to get to know your specific story and situation. This can be done in the comfort of your home via online means or in the privacy of my office. All information is confidential.  

  • Weekly check-ins to make sure that even if we don't have a session, you are taken care of.

  • Access to resources and methods that you can access on your own free of charge or with a minimal investment. ​​

Talk therapy centered around your specific needs with targeted techniques to get results. This includes a combination of cognitive behaviour therapy, person centered therapy and any other methods that we may find effective to help you resolve things. 

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be booked regularly or one session at a time if you feel you simply need an occasional guide.  


Meetings can be conducted at the office or via the online platform of your choice (most common are Zoom, Whatsapp and Skype).

Designed with couples in mind. Talk therapy and strategies devoted to communication and ensuring that conflict is minimized, whatever issues may arise. 

Gain a deeper understanding of your relationship dynamic with an impartial sounding board who can help you resolve relationship roadblocks. 

These sessions can also be for alternative lifestyles and are judgement free. If you are considering exploring subjects like polyamory or open relationships my door is open to you.

A way to have a partner helping you live your best life. If you are struggling with decisions or direction, a coach is on your side to help talk through the best options. 


Achieve greater clarity around your purpose and passions, improve goal setting and develop action plans, and have an accountability partner to keep you on track. 


Often these situations simply need clarity and an outside view from someone who can challenge your beliefs. Allow yourself the chance to thrive!
